Why the kit is worth the fee
A consultant charges more than the kit for the first hour of a gap analysis. The kit does not replace the consultant. It removes the blank page: every clause and measure is already stated, evidenced and dated, so the workshop starts with a decision instead of a template. The buyer is the person who has to produce the file, not the person who wants another summary.
Questions
Is the kit a subscription?
No. The kit is a one off payment. The watch is a separate monthly subscription, and you can buy either without the other.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe returns you to the kit page with a session identifier. The page checks the payment and releases the four files. The same link is on the Stripe receipt.
Can I share the kit with my team?
The kit is for the organization that buys it. A consultant may use it with client organisations but may not resell it. The terms set the limit.
Do you offer a refund?
The kit is a digital file released on payment. The terms set out the Australian Consumer Law rights that cannot be excluded and the limits that apply.
